The successful applicant will be responsible for leading, supervising, and supporting their team of allied health professionals to deliver best practice care and achieve optimal outcomes for clients. They will foster a positive and supportive culture that aligns with the organization's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

]
  • Lead and supervise a team of allied health professionals to provide high-quality care and achieve client-centered outcomes.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and service documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and deliver client care that meets contractual obligations.
  • Ensure readiness and compliance for internal and external audits and accreditation as required.
  • Promote professional development and competency maintenance among team members.

Requirements:

]
  • A current Allied Health registration with AHPRA or relevant national peak body (if applicable).
  • High-level clinical skills and knowledge of aged care quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, carers, families, and direct care employees.
  • Ability to provide education, support, and supervision to direct care employees, clients, and their carers.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills to manage the quality of client care.
