The successful candidate will report to the Clinical Manager and work closely with the team to supervise the day-to-day delivery of care and services to residents. They will provide clinical guidance and support to care and allied health staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise registered nurses to ensure optimal outcomes.">
  • Be actively involved in the delivery of care and services to residents, prioritizing their needs and well-being.">
  • Contribute to quality management systems, including data analysis and trends, to drive continuous improvement.">
  • Promote and coordinate clinical documentation, including assessment, care planning, and evaluation, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.">

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a senior nursing position, with a strong understanding of AN-ACC and quality assurance requirements.">
  • Demonstrated sound supervision, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.">
  • Current registration with AHPRA, with the ability to live and work in Australia.">
