Medical Collector Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Collector to join our team. As a Medical Collector, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and building strong connections with hospital stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and quality healthcare.
  • Collect blood and non-blood samples from various wards, including Paediatrics, Medical, ICU, and Emergency.
  • Maintain accurate records for every patient and sample.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a nursing background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and a patient-centred approach.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with permission to work.
  • Vaccine preventable disease evidence such as Hepatitis B.
