Experience Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Experience Manager.

  • Job Summary: The Experience Manager will oversee the daily operations of our vessel, ensuring seamless tours and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily tour operations, guaranteeing smooth execution and adherence to schedules.
  2. Oversee the entire guest experience from boarding to disembarkation, ensuring all touchpoints meet high standards of customer service.
  3. Lead the food and beverage operation onboard, upholding quality, presentation, and service standards.
  4. Conduct pre-shift briefings and debriefs with staff, fostering a positive team culture.
  5. Collaborate with shore-based operations and management for seamless communication and logistics.
  6. Resolve guest feedback and issues in a professional manner.
  7. Mentor, train, and supervise crew members to maintain a high-performing team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of management experience in customer-facing environments.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, including knowledge of service standards and compliance.
  • Relevant certifications such as RSA and Food Safety Supervisor.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to engage international guests effectively.
