  • Inspect raw ingredients, mixes, and doughs to ensure they meet quality specifications.">
  • Monitor product quality throughout the moulding, proving, and baking stages of production.">
  • Verify finished bread products meet standard specifications and company quality control guidelines.">
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety protocols.">
  • Collaborate with other bakery team members to achieve common goals.">
  • Provide training and guidance to apprentices and trades assistants as needed.">
  • Receive work instructions through verbal orders and production papers.">
  • Measure and mix bread dough according to recipes.">
  • Mould dough into various bread styles, including loaves, rolls, baguettes, and sandwiches.">
  • Prove breads to ensure proper texture and consistency.">
  • Bake off breads and pastries according to production plans and product specifications.">
  • Operate all bakery equipment and perform various processes depending on the type of bread being produced.">
  • Monitor oven temperatures and other machinery to maintain optimal performance.">
