Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of a Recall Policy and Clinical Risk Framework across all sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and national implementation of a Recall Policy and Clinical Risk Framework, including governance and escalation protocols.
  • Oversee the rollout of a centralised Recall Management System across all sites, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and procurement strategies.
  • Act as the clinical risk liaison across departments, providing expert advice on recalls and adverse events.
  • Support hospitals with training and education on the new system and manage ongoing reporting and risk-informed lifecycle management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with recalls in a clinical setting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of medical devices (consumables, implants, equipment).
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills to determine severity and required actions for recall-related events.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organisational change and system implementation within a healthcare environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical and non-clinical domains.
