About the Role

Oxford Park Nursery is a commercial business providing high-quality plants to the landscaping industry. We offer a unique, supported workplace environment for employees who live with disability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing basic plant maintenance tasks
  • Preparing orders for dispatch efficiently
  • Assisting team members when required to achieve shared goals
  • Liaising effectively with customers to meet their needs
  • Meeting production targets as directed by the Horticulture Supervisor

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in horticultural settings
  • The ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
