About the Role:

Pisces is looking for enthusiastic new employees to join our hard-working nursery team.

You will be working with a small and passionate team focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

  • Picking plants for orders
  • Cutting propagation
  • Preparing plants for dispatch
  • Potting and watering plants
  • General nursery duties
  • Maintaining OH&S and cleanliness of your workspace

About You:

  • We are looking for a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • You'll need to have great teamwork skills, be able to follow instructions and accept feedback.
  • You should be able to work well both in a team, and at times unsupervised.
  • You should understand the importance of safety in the workplace and adhere to all policies and procedures at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and your team.
  • Transportation to Brookfield as Public Transport is not an option.
  • Plant knowledge, specifically aquarium plants, is beneficial to a candidate, however not necessary. All training will be provided.
