Our client is a globally recognized and esteemed brand within the electronics sector. This position is under the supervision of the Demand and Supply Planning Manager. The role involves a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office for four days and one day of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete stock transfer process to ensure that each regional warehouse maintains optimal inventory levels and a suitable mix of products. Foster and strengthen relationships with ASC, while providing support to both internal teams and external partners. Generate various reports for weekly and monthly data analysis, technical evaluations, and auditing purposes.

Inventory Management - Stock Transfers

  • Timely release of stock transfers to regional warehouses to meet agreed delivery timelines for ASCs.
  • Establish a replenishment model for all KPI items and monitor weekly to guarantee sufficient stock for eligible service orders.
  • Conduct weekly reviews and refills of all manual replenishment parts according to ASC requirements.
  • Collaborate with Inbound planners regarding shortage items.
  • Maintain regular communication with ASCs and provide daily updates on parts recommendations.
  • Work closely with Warehouse and Logistics Teams to ensure outbound deliveries align with established service levels.
  • Prepare reports on non-moving and surplus items for stock transfer back to the main warehouse.
  • Manage overall inventory in regional warehouses.
  • Ensure data accuracy in all processes.
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports.

Administrative Duties - Reporting

  • Back Order Report for KPI items
  • Back Order Report with Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for ASCs and stakeholders.
  • Shortage Parts Report
  • ASC Stock Report

Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant degree qualifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient in SAP, with comprehensive knowledge of SAP MM.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (including Pivots, Lookups, and IF functions).
