Logistics Operations Analyst

This position reports into the National Warehouse & Transport Manager and is responsible for delivering valuable insights into the operational health and identifying common trends, anomalies, and areas of concern. The insights and accuracy provided by this role are critical to ensure the business meets its objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for sending out daily reports to 3PL and internal stakeholders, including tracking and daily reporting on pending IOD and analyzing failure reasons, daily futile delivery and analyzing root causes, weekly KPI reporting internally and to RHQ, inventory gap reporting, fortnightly inbound and outbound volume forecast reporting to 3PL, claims ledger weekly reporting, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Manage the ERP system to ensure all items are addressed to prevent disruption to system management, including monitoring and correcting EDI errors, monitoring and updating delivery lead times in NERP, and managing the EDI and ERP system to address anomalies and troubleshoot as required.
- Work closely with operations to understand manual processes and work with partners to move to automation, driving continual process improvement innovations to ensure and maintain quality delivery services.
- Degree qualified with a relevant discipline in logistics, business, or commerce, with exposure to operational, strategic, and commercial aspects of supply chain management.
