About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Order to Cash (OTC) professional to support our fast-growing Professional Services practice. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the setup for all Project accounting and deliver all financial transactions for Professional Services, ensuring complete and accurate project and assignment setup in the project accounting system consistent with the contract statement of work for all projects and monthly billing while adhering to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, sales operations, revenue operations, and legal on the setup and approval process of ProServe engagements while demonstrating a sound understanding of the business.
  • Deep knowledge of sales operations tools used on a regular basis, including applications such as CRM, BI, and billing systems, where appropriate. Provides input and consultation to business operations and sales teams to ensure understanding and consistency.
  • Able to dive deep to inspect and scrutinize large data sets to mitigate business risk and downstream impacts of project and assignment setup.
  • Has a working knowledge of the data available or needed by the wider business for more complex or comparative analysis. Develops reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Prepares and presents formal and informal presentations for business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
