The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to support our New Homes Consultants in achieving high performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coach and Mentor our New Homes Consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge, and work closely with the team to review and set sales targets.
  2. Lead by Example and consistently demonstrate a supportive and high-performance team culture that aligns with our company values and vision.
  3. Recruit and Onboard new New Homes Consultants, ensuring a smooth transition into the role and providing comprehensive training and support.
  4. Conduct Regular Meetings with New Homes Consultants to review their pipeline, track enquiry, and identify areas of opportunity for growth and improvement.
  5. Foster Relationships with external stakeholders, including developers and land agents, to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Experience in the WA residential building industry, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Mentoring and Training Capability to nurture and upskill employees, and drive high performance.
  3. Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to instil trust and deliver outstanding results.
  4. Strong Analytical Skills to measure KPIs and provide open and constructive feedback.
  5. Initiative and Drive to implement initiatives that drive high performance and business growth.
  6. Time Management Skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
