Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by administering accurate processing of HR transactions in accordance with various segment HR policies and practices.

This position plays a crucial role in the Global Human Resources Operations (GHRO) team, responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise through system execution and management.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems such as SAP and Workday. They will also have the ability and desire to learn new, complex systems and demonstrate strong analytical skills.

Beyond technical expertise, we seek an individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships and trust throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering system changes to support employee work life cycle events
  • Daily system maintenance, supporting existing or new applications timely, ensuring data accuracy
  • Conducting routine system transactions specific to role following standard operating guidelines
  • Analysing daily work and identifying opportunities for improvement initiatives and driving enhancement for better cast touch experience
  • Responding to inquiries with a high level of professionalism to ensure excellent customer service
  • Developing and communicating job aids, end user operating guides, and business processes
  • Identifying and escalating systemic issues by recognising increases in certain call or request types
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently
  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust throughout the organization
