Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to support our organization with generalist HR matters.

As HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing employee correspondence
  • Coordinating and scheduling onboarding activities
  • Triage of the HR inbox
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating administrative support for inductions
  • Providing administrative support to recruitment and personnel
  • Updating employee data
  • Creating job offers
  • Updating HR systems with confidential employee details
  • Administration of various tasks, travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and other duties

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated work experience in Human Resources or talent acquisition roles
  • Previous experience with HR systems or other internal software
  • A tertiary qualification (ideally) in Human Resource Management or related fields would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence
  • High attention to detail
  • Professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

This is a temporary assignment with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
