Clinical Midwifery Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate midwife to guide and mentor colleagues, build clinical confidence, and deliver high-quality woman-centred care to our community.

This is a temporary parental leave relief position until 4 October 2026 with the possibility of an extension at same or reduced hours.

About the Role
  • Deliver engaging education, training, and clinical skills assessments to support staff across Birth Unit, Antenatal Clinic, Postnatal, and Newborn Care.
  • Mentor students, early-career midwives, and new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Promote high-quality, evidence-based care through collaboration with the education and maternity leadership team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential requirements:

  • Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
