About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished communications leader to shape and protect our reputation while driving organisational engagement and influence. As a Director of Communications, you will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and provide counsel to the Executive and Board on matters of communication strategy, brand, reputation and issues management.

This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies that enhance our brand and stakeholder relationships. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for:

  • Strategic corporate communications and brand positioning
  • Media relations, issues and crisis management
  • Internal communications and employee engagement
  • Executive and Board communications support
  • Government and stakeholder relations
  • Channel and digital content management (website, intranet, social media)

You will shape clear, consistent and compelling messaging that builds trust with stakeholders, enhances our profile and strengthens employee pride and connection.

This is a full-time Director position in the Health Care Provider industry, offering a strong sense of purpose and engaging work every day.
