Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate brand reputation initiatives. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong reputation across multiple channels, including owned media, paid media, industry events, and publications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to successfully influence and negotiate with key decision-makers in the local government, schools, and community sectors.

This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home and our State Office in Box Hill.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2G and B2B reputation management across multiple channels
  • Participation in workshops and working groups contributing to strategic planning and development of tenders
  • Development of all content related to positioning and marketing
  • Providing regular plans and reports to key sector leadership and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to successfully influence and negotiate
  • Previous experience in a similar role managing corporate brand reputation ideally in a similar sector
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing and campaign planning, with an understanding of B2B channel planning and execution
  • Project management experience including managing budgets, prioritizing tasks, and time management
  • Previous experience within local government, NFP, or NGO sector would be highly advantageous
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Project Management desirable
