Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have minimum five years' experience in a complex business with a dispersed workforce; experience providing reputation advice to stakeholders at multiple levels; demonstrated experience in creating social media initiatives and/or community management; risk and issues management experience and strong stakeholder management, especially with external audiences such as media and bloggers.

We're looking for a skilled professional to manage our social media presence and develop organic strategies to drive engagement and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customers and the brand, with exceptional writing and content creation skills and the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategise & Execute: Deliver impactful PR campaigns and events that enhance and protect our reputation; work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute PR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate & Create: Partner with teams to develop editorial material (media releases, feature stories, presentations, blog posts, video content) and manage a content calendar; social media monitoring, listening and reporting.
  • Build Media Relationships: Develop story angles, pitch to media outlets, manage product placement and coordinate PR events.
