About You:

  • You have proven expertise with 5+ years in a senior Business Analyst role, leading complex initiatives across both business and technical domains.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a technical edge, skilled at bridging the gap between requirements and innovative solutions.
  • You are an agile delivery champion, experienced in adapting and optimizing project methodologies for successful outcomes.
  • You are a natural mentor and team builder, fostering continuous growth and a strong collaborative culture.
  • You are well-versed in core BA practices, including process modelling, gap analysis, data mapping, API integration, and full lifecycle traceability.
  • You are a strong communicator and problem-solver, comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and tackling challenges with critical thinking and foresight.
