We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader to join our team as an Executive Manager. In this key role, you will provide high-level business and advisory support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the senior leadership team.

About the Role

The Executive Manager will play a critical part in achieving finance, governance, and commercial operational and strategic objectives. This involves providing leadership, project management, advice, and integration across a diverse portfolio with accountability for governance and operating rhythm.

This includes:

  • Providing high-level business and advisory support to the CFO and Senior Leadership Team on critical initiatives.
  • Identifying, framing, and solving specific business problems, structuring analysis and providing recommendations.
  • Consulting with the CFO to design, manage, and evolve the business unit's strategic and operational operating rhythms.
  • Partnering with and influencing the CFO and Senior Leadership Team to drive focus, accountability, and delivery of enterprise and functional objectives.
About You

We are looking for an individual with relevant professional qualifications in finance, business, economics, or law. Experience in building cross-functional relationships, provision of strategic advice, and superior written communication skills are essential.

You will have a strong track record of driving business growth and improvement through innovation and collaboration. Your expertise will enable you to navigate complex organizational landscapes and build effective partnerships with stakeholders.
