Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, forging deep relationships and providing expert guidance on how to maximize their business value.

With a focus on career growth and development, your primary objective will be to empower our customers with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide a unified experience and ensure seamless delivery of our services.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, while also being able to build rapport with clients at all levels of the organization.

  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with key client contacts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on career development strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory for working with Australia's Federal Government. Additional security clearance may be required in the future.
  • Experience in technical customer success, SaaS platform use or project leadership, technology consulting, technology solutions development, or technical architecture is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and map business requirements into technical features.
