Audiobook Project Coordinator Role

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the coordination of audiobook recordings, including casting, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Key Duties:
  • Casting narrators and authors to record books.
  • Liaising with publishers and agents to coordinate hiring and scheduling.
  • Managing production schedules, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Coordinating with external studios and talent agencies.
  • Ensuring high-quality audio recordings and product delivery.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and contract administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in production management and coordinating multiple projects.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience using large spreadsheets.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
