As a midwifery educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by leading and supporting a culture of development and enquiry.

The successful candidate will have expertise in facilitating clinical, professional and organisational learning within a supported practice framework.

  • Develop and implement effective educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of midwives.
  • Lead and support a team of educators to provide high-quality education and training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in midwifery education and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver educational programs for midwives at various stages of their careers.
  • Evaluate and improve existing educational programs to ensure they meet the needs of learners.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to midwives to support their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in midwifery or a related field.
  • Experience in midwifery education and training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
