We're looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to join our team in Hawthorn, Melbourne. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing Agile delivery, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the seamless execution of software projects.

You'll implement Agile best practices, facilitate ceremonies, and mentor teams to improve efficiency. Managing multiple projects, you'll refine delivery processes and foster collaboration across teams.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage software delivery projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and quality standards.
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Track and report project performance using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships, engaging with developers, QA, product managers, and external partners.
- Resolve conflicts, promote collaboration, and drive alignment across teams.
- Support Agile adoption by coaching and mentoring teams on best practices.
- Oversee multiple projects, managing competing priorities effectively.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and software quality assurance processes.
- Drive a high-performance team culture, supporting morale, growth, and professional development.
- Ensure clear communication of technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative work environment across distributed teams.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in software delivery management (3+ years) - leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) - managing Agile teams, driving iterative development, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies - leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
- Experience with SDLC and end-to-end software delivery - managing the software development lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions from development to deployment.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) - tracking project performance, managing backlogs, and optimizing workflows using the Atlassian suite.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities - guiding teams in Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and supporting professional development.
- Proven success in scaling Agile practices - implementing Agile across multiple teams or departments to drive efficiency and alignment.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment - navigating evolving requirements and adapting Agile practices to business needs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills - engaging cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product managers, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities - resolving conflicts, driving consensus, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
