About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Strategist to join our growing finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for building effective relationships with key stakeholders, providing tailored financial guidance and reporting, and supporting commercial initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across APAC and business units to understand their needs and provide financial insights
- Support business unit heads with commercial analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery
- Manage the delivery of month-end process across three regions, ensuring integrity and accuracy of results
- Consolidate monthly financial results and prepare management and group reporting
- Collaborate with the Head of Finance and Financial Accountant on audit and year-end reporting
- Qualified member of a professional accounting body (CA, CPA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in management accounting, budgeting, reporting, and business partnering
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processing
- Hybrid working arrangement
