**Job Description: Derivatives Trader (Options Market Maker)**

As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a talented Derivatives Trader to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Trade and manage risk in the options markets, utilizing our proprietary trading algorithms and strategies.
- Develop and implement new trading strategies and algorithms.
- Collaborate with other traders, engineers, and data scientists to improve our trading systems and strategies.
- Analyze market data and use it to inform trading decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on market developments and news that may impact trading strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience trading options, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify trading opportunities.
- Knowledge of market-making and arbitrage strategies in the options markets.
- Strong Experience with Python
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for the financial markets and a desire to continually learn and improve.
