
Resident Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Caretaker. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing on-site assistance to residents, including emergency contact and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all operational aspects and security associated with the community, providing high-level customer service to all residents, coordinating efficient management of materials, consumables, grounds, building, and financial resources, carrying out routine inspections to ensure safety of residents, ensuring community grounds and gardens are presented to a high standard, and general gardening duties, experience with swimming management preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to residents, respond to emergencies, and manage site operations.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage materials, consumables, grounds, building, and financial resources to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and take proactive measures to prevent accidents.
- Gardening and Grounds Maintenance: Ensure the community grounds and gardens are well-manicured and presented to a high standard.
- Swimming Pool Management (Preferred): Maintain the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring they are clean and safe for use.
- Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in permanent resident facility management, preferably in a similar role.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional good customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation: A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working autonomously.
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit for the demands of the role, with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
