Junior Customer Service Officer

At our Tourist Centre, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us in providing exceptional customer service. As a Junior Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our visitors have an enjoyable experience.
Your main responsibilities will include guiding visitors through a taste testing of our range of brews, meeting and greeting visitors, educating guests on our region and its rich history, processing purchases on point of sale, and providing top-notch customer service. You will also be responsible for helping to restock product and keeping the centre looking great.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in tourism or customer-facing roles is highly desirable. If you are a team player with a hands-on mentality and flexible availability over weekends and school holidays between 8.30am-5pm, we would love to hear from you.
