About The Role
  • Support employers in the Launceston region through collaborative efforts with local teams
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries
  • Proactively identify and develop new employer relationships
  • Help employers adapt their processes or roles to accommodate candidates with specific needs
  • Engage job-ready candidates and match them with employers through referrals, job carving, and reverse marketing
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications in employment services or community services
  • Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management and placement of candidates into employment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with various stakeholders
  • Performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs
