Job Title: Career Coach

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Career Coach to provide comprehensive case management services to participants. As a Career Coach, you will empower and equip individuals with the necessary tools and skills to enter the workforce.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide continuous support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes, obtaining documented evidence and facilitating workplace adjustments throughout the course of employment

    • Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role

    • Maintain a high level of administration, compliance, and time management in-line with Department requirements based on a sound understanding of Deed and Guidelines

    • Engage with both internal and external partners to connect participants with various wrap-around services such as training providers, allied health services, and other community-based organisations

About You:

We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services, or other relevant fields. Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment, and provision of post-placement support, will be highly regarded. A team player with a personal commitment to contribute to a great culture and ability to proactively problem solve, overcome objections, and assist in managing barriers that exist for people living with a disability are also essential.
