Leadership Opportunity: Youth Services Team Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced leader to oversee our youth services department. As a key member of the management team, you will lead a dedicated group of staff in delivering high-quality support to young people affected by homelessness and those involved in the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of experienced youth caseworkers and program leads to ensure effective service delivery and program outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and community partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and understanding of emotional intelligence leadership.
  • Experience in leading youth-focused programs from a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach.
  • Relevant degree qualifications in social work, youth work, or a related field.
