**Team Leader - Casework**

**Location**: Regional Youth Support Services - Central Coast, NSW

Regional Youth Support Services (RYSS) is a dynamic, community-focused organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable young people across the Central Coast. We deliver targeted early intervention, case management, and a range of NDIS services that make a real difference in supporting young people aged 12-25 years.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Team Leader - Casework** to lead and support our casework team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic oversight in delivering high-quality casework services to vulnerable young people.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and support a team of caseworkers in providing person-centred case management and early intervention services.
- Oversee the delivery of casework services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.
- Develop and implement case plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure the wellbeing and rights of young people are prioritised.
- Provide leadership in areas such as mandatory reporting, crisis intervention, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with external agencies and networks, attending interagency meetings and maintaining strong community partnerships.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting a supportive and collaborative working environment.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in casework or social work, with a focus on youth services.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of mandatory reporting, crisis intervention, and risk assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with external stakeholders and represent the organisation at interagency meetings.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Youth Work, or Community Services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in casework, with leadership experience preferred.
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check.
