Job Opportunity
We are seeking a senior executive to lead our Facilities Services Branch.
As an integral part of our Senior Leadership team, you will work closely with our Executive, SES colleagues, external and internal partners and stakeholders to deliver outcomes and champion our Organisation's values and leadership behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing strategic investment advice and planning for the breadth of our accommodation portfolio.
- Leading innovation and strategic uplift in our property program to drive efficiency and deliver outcomes.
- Negotiating and managing commercial contracts and leases with government and commercial entities to meet current and future requirements.
- Managing complex facility operations and maintenance services including through commercial contract services in a high security environment.
- Delivering construction, uplift and maintenance programs to scope, time and budget.
Requirements
Be an Australian citizen. Be assessed as suitable to hold and maintain a TOP SECRET-Privileged Access security clearance.
