Key Responsibilities:

  • Domestic Assistance: Ensure the safety and comfort of our customers by maintaining a clean and beautiful living environment.
  • Meal Preparation and Shopping: Assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation to promote healthy eating habits.
  • Social Support and Transport: Provide emotional support and transport to lifestyle activities, enhancing the overall well-being of our customers.
  • Personal Care: Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Respite and Emotional Support: Offer respite and emotional support to our customers, promoting their mental and physical health.
  • Social Support and Transport to Appointments: Assist with transporting customers to appointments, ensuring they receive the care they need.
  • Complex Care: Provide care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, in a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • 6 Months or More Experience: Possess 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care skills.
  • Care for Others: Demonstrate a genuine care for assisting our aged community, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
  • Australian Drivers License: Hold a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential aspect of this role.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, in a role that requires flexibility and adaptability.
