Home Care Worker Opportunities in Canberra

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Canberra. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Transport customers to appointments

What We Look For:

  • Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, including experience with personal care
  • You care about assisting our aged community so they can live independently at home for longer
  • You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role
  • You are available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday
