Job Title: Home Care Worker Opportunities in Canberra South

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Home Care Workers to join our team in Canberra South. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients, including cleaning, meal preparation, and social support
  • Assist clients with medication management, mobility, and therapy goals
  • Provide respite and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Transport clients to appointments and lifestyle activities
Requirements:
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
  • Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday
