Product Management Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Management Lead to drive growth and make a difference in the agronomy industry. This role involves forging partnerships with influential figures to promote innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite agronomic and technical support to clients to recommend products and services.
  • Conduct marketing field trials and organise third-party trials and demonstrations.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to identify and cultivate new agronomic sales opportunities.
  • Engage in frequent travel and maintain regular communication with growers, retailers, and consultant groups.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related field.
  • Passion for the agriculture industry and a background in disciplines such as crop, weed, disease, pasture, broadacre, cotton and horticulture.
  • Established self as a trusted advisor in an agronomy role and demonstrate understanding of products, seasonal timings, and general requirements of rural producers.
  • Strong network of contacts within the WA agricultural industry.
  • Ability to provide high level customer service and cultivate relationships with potential and current growers, consultants, and retailers.
  • Analytical and data-driven, confident public speaker with natural leadership skills, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and demonstrate readiness to travel for client engagements extensively within the assigned territory.
