Job Title: Crop Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agronomist to join our team on a fixed-term, full-time or part-time basis. As a key member of our Branch, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing agronomic technical advice, products, and services to help them achieve success.

  • Provide expert agronomic and technical support to strengthen clients' businesses
  • Achieve allocated financial objectives and assist with forecasting and inventory management
  • Promote staff upskilling through technical advice, mentorship, and product recommendations
  • Develop and foster professional relationships with existing and new clients
  • Assist with field days, farmer meetings, and trial/demonstration work
  • Work as part of the rural products sales team to drive client relationships and business growth
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Agronomy with experience in broadacre
  • An ability to provide high-level customer service and cultivate relationships with growers
  • The capacity to thrive in a collaborative working environment and adapt to changing circumstances
