Digital Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Growth Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities that will drive growth and success.
The ideal candidate will provide assistance to the Head of Strategic Growth in developing and implementing a strategic sales plan, focusing on growth and achievement of key performance indicators.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with potential prospects and demonstrate genuine care for their success. They will also assist with the management of our CRM system, including refining sales pipeline processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 1-2+ years experience in the digital marketing industry, with knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
- 2-3+ years experience in a business development/sales role
- Knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics and SEO tools
- Keen interest in digital marketing with a passion to follow digital trends
- Highly motivated, organized self-starter with ability to multitask under pressure
- Potential for career advancement
- Ongoing training and development opportunities

- Deals won - minimum $15,000 per month
- Pipeline built - $45,000
