Project Manager Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead our Cyber Maturity Uplift Program. The successful candidate will oversee the rollout of a centralized CSOC, vulnerability management, ISO 27001/PCI DSS certification efforts, and internal capability uplift across multiple regions.

About the Role:
  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the Cyber Maturity Uplift Program.
  • Manage a multi-stream project plan covering ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CSOC onboarding, vulnerability management, and vendor risk governance.
  • Facilitate RFI/RFP processes, vendor selection, contract execution, and onboarding.
  • Track project timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong and successful experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years focused on cyber security or GRC programs.
  • Proven experience delivering ISO 27001 and/or PCI DSS compliance initiatives.
  • Experience managing SIEM/SOAR, CSOC onboarding, and third-party security vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
