Job Opportunity:

Servicenow Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow consultant with deep expertise in IT Asset Management, Configuration Management Database, and Servicenow platform development.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to align IT processes with business objectives, provide hands-on technical leadership in Servicenow development, including scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Servicenow portal configuration.

A key responsibility will be to drive best practices across Servicenow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture, including data modelling and module utilisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ITAM, CMDB, and Servicenow integration initiatives to align IT processes with business objectives.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in Servicenow development, including scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Servicenow portal configuration.
  • Drive best practices across Servicenow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture, including data modelling and module utilisation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and Servicenow platform development.
  • Proven expertise in Servicenow integrations and custom application development.
  • Strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related Servicenow modules.
  • Deep knowledge of Servicenow Discovery and CSDM framework.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
