About the role:

Mandurah Baptist College invites outstanding Christian educators to apply for the Head of Primary position from the commencement of the 2026 school year.

The Head of Primary is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the College's Primary School.

Key responsibilities include having an outstanding knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, and pastoral care, as well as working with teams to create high-performing cultures promoting student learning.

The Primary School caters for 700 students from Pre Kindergarten through to Year 6, with a purpose-built Early Learning Centre feeding into established Upper Primary facilities.
