Insurance Risk Analysis Opportunity
About the RoleThis is a challenging position for an individual with strong underwriting and business development skills to further develop their expertise in analysing insurance risks. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting strata risk, managing underwriting platforms and responding to general underwriting queries within delegated authorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building close relationships with partners to understand their values, needs and strategies.
- Processing underwriting transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconciling new business and renewal policy account information.
- Preparing policy documents and providing support to other team members and business units.
- Ensuring sound underwriting practices are maintained and all procedures in the Underwriting Manual are adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of Strata Titled property and hands-on experience as an Underwriter in this space. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are essential for success in this role.
