  • As Legal Counsel, you will be a key advisor to our business – partnering with internal teams to deliver on our strategic goals by providing timely, high-quality, and commercially focused legal guidance that supports our impact, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts

  • Advising on a broad variety of legal issues including general commercial, IP, privacy, and competition law

  • Supporting risk management frameworks and delivering legal compliance training

  • Handling legal matters related to litigation, inquiries, and more

  • Remaining abreast of legal and regulatory developments

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years PQE with a current NSW practising certificate

  • Solid experience in commercial law, IP, IT, and competition law

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and confidently

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders

  • Confidence in risk-based decision-making and providing practical, business-focused advice

  • A passion for continuous learning
