About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing a security presence, remaining alert and focused, and providing exceptional customer service to all customers. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Concierge/commercial building security
- Access control and monitor CCTV
- Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries
- Direct and escort visitors to site
- Visitor sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys
- Conduct foot patrols internal and external
Requirements:
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Open driver's license
- Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Australian Government Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
