Job Description:This Clinical Nurse Specialist position involves providing comprehensive and planned primary health and emergency care to members of the community in a culturally secure environment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working within a Primary Health Care framework, partnering with the community and other organizations to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Broad Nursing experience including assessment, emergency management, and primary healthcare
- Able to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a cross-cultural setting
- Effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Current knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in areas of Equal Opportunity, Disability Services, and Occupational Safety & Health
