This is a challenging role that requires you to provide planned, coordinated and comprehensive primary health and emergency care services to the community. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a culturally secure environment.
To be successful, you must have broad nursing experience including assessment, emergency management and recent accident and emergency skills. Additionally, you need effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. You should also have well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills and knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements impacting employment, people management and service delivery.
