About the RoleAs a P&C Reward Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and managing the implementation of Suncorp's reward and benefits framework. Your efforts will cultivate a high-performance culture and enhance the employee experience, aligning with and advancing our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist benchmarking, job evaluations, and remuneration recommendations for executives.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and internal standards.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of reward strategies across the Group, including remuneration, recognition, benefits, superannuation, and insurances.
- Prepare employee equity offers, conduct role pay and gender pay analytics, and support diversity reporting.
- Manage remuneration budgets and forecasts, deliver Suncorp's share plans, and oversee the relationship with share services providers.
- Implement new benefits and review the effectiveness of existing ones. Manage relationships with benefits vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
