  • Mixing, moulding and baking bread
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced bakery environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous baking experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Training and Development:

  • TAFE certification in Baking (Certificate III)
  • Airline ticket available for international travel after completion of apprenticeship certificate and working one year as a baker

Work Arrangements:

  • Early morning start times, approximately 5am
  • Rostered days
