Job Title: Experienced Pastry Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled pastry chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess exceptional creativity and flair for presentation, as well as strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presentation and Service: Prepare and present high-quality pastries and desserts in a timely manner.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Organisation: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Patisserie or Higher: A recognised qualification in patisserie is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain quality and portion control.
  • Creativity and Flair: Exceptional creativity and flair for presentation.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
